Greenlight High School Zana

The brief
The challenge
Greenlight High School Zana was expanding to a new campus and needed a unified brand identity that would work across uniforms, signage, stationery, and digital platforms. The existing brand was inconsistent: different logos on different materials, mismatched colours, no guidelines.
The approach
How we got there
We audited existing brand materials across 15+ touchpoints, ran stakeholder workshops with school leadership, teachers, and parent representatives, then designed an identity system built for scale: from A4 letterhead to building signage. Print production was managed across six vendor categories.
The result
What we delivered
- Complete brand identity system
- Logo suite: primary, secondary, favicon
- Uniform embroidery specifications
- Building signage design and specifications
- Prospectus layout (24 pages)
- Stationery suite: letterhead, envelope, ID cards
- Social media templates for school announcements
The unified brand identity launched with the new campus opening. The school reported stronger community recognition, and the prospectus design has been credited with contributing to a 25% increase in enrolment enquiries.
